About the Firm

At Atwood Gameros LLP, we are commercial litigators, handling business disputes, product and premises liability claims, construction litigation, pharmaceutical claims and toxic torts. By keeping our overhead and staffing costs low, we can capitalize on our experience to offer clients efficient and cost effective high quality representation. With a wealth of trial experience, we are equipped to seek the best possible outcome, whether in the courtroom or through a negotiated resolution. At Atwood Gameros LLP, we work closely with our clients to understand their objectives so that we may efficiently attain their desired results.

We have spent our careers handling business disputes, representing individuals, major corporations and everything in between. Before forming Atwood Gameros LLP on January 1, 2013, we both spent many years in the Trial Practice section at Jones Day, one of the largest law firms in the world. For over a decade, we have served as National Coordinating Counsel for a manufacturer, managing their product liability litigation, which has provided us with extensive experience with toxic tort claims across the country. We also have significant construction litigation experience, including defending a client in connection with a multi-million dollar claim stemming from damage sustained during Hurricane Katrina. We now bring our big firm training and experience to the small firm, providing clients with the personal service they expect and deserve.
