Kathryn Becker Gameros, Principal
Commercial Litigation

Over the course of her legal career, Kathryn Becker Gameros has worked at large and midsized firms where she gained extensive experience in product liability matters in both state and federal jurisdictions across the United States. Upon graduation from law school, she joined the Healthcare Section at the Dallas office of Strasburger & Price. In addition to defending individuals and hospitals against malpractice claims, she began to focus on product liability cases involving both medical devices and pharmaceuticals. She later joined the international firm of Jones Day, where she continued to handle product liability cases as well as commercial litigation.

Now, as a partner with Atwood Gameros, she brings her international perspective and courtroom expertise to a broad range of commercial litigation cases. She and her partner Roy Atwood currently serve as national coordinating counsel to a respiratory protection product manufacturer in cases alleging exposure to toxic substances.
